surrounded by prime upland game habitat. Whitewater canoeing on the Westfield River occurs in the spring. A picnic area is next to

the dam.

The launch boat ramp (10-hp limit) provides anglers easy access

to the stocked brook, rainbow and brown trout, in addition to the

native populations of warmwater fish. Stream fishing is available

along 1.5 miles of the Middle Branch of the Westfield River
